Before we undertake any work, you will be given a costs agreement, which outlines how we calculate our fees for legal services. It will also include an estimated range of your legal costs.

Legal Aid

For the financially disadvantaged, Belgrave Lawyers will act for you under Legal Aid, whereby the Legal Aid Commission will pay for our fees. Strict Conditions apply in legally aided matters, and this will be discussed with you at your first consultation.

'No Win, No Fee'

For certain matters, we will act on a 'No Win, No Fee', whereby you only pay our fees should you recieve a successful outcome in your particular matter.
